User Research and Testing
Design Thinking places the priority on end users. We need to understand the problems, needs and goals of the people who will use our products in order to deliver them the ideal experience. To understand users we conduct specific research to reveal ways to create both engagement and empathy.
Research can take various formats as no two projects are the same, with our methods including face-to-face interactions with key client stakeholders and users. User research is conducted continuously across the scope of the project to enable us to gather relevant user information at every touch point. As the research progresses we identify valuable insights that lead us to create innovative solutions that meet the business goals of our clients and the needs of their users.
Finally we validate our solutions by conducting user testing. This enables us to ensure the usability of the product designed; and to continuously improve it. Our processes provide highly accurate information that we use to guide our design workflow.
