As the first point of call for your clients, you’ll be the face of Doghouse. Keeping in regular communication, negotiating change requests and navigating complex stakeholder engagements will be a driving passion of yours.

Key Accountabilities in this role include;
Taking ownership of your clients and projects - this is absolutely integral to how we manage our client relationships at Doghouse
Working to secure signing and approval of contracts and invoicing milestones to manage financial and contract risk
Creating project boards and working with tech leads to maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring feedback and scope changes are effectively managed through backlog grooming and pruning processes
Working with technical leads to determine the scope of projects and aim for the best outcomes for our clients
Ensuring clients are kept up to date with timelines and budgets, and ensuring project budgets are met
Communicating key milestones to clients and acting as an interface between clients and our production team
Identifying growth opportunities among existing clients and working with technical leads to develop proposals

Ability to work and problem solve under pressure, thinking outside the square to identify risks and opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalise on any situation
Excellent time management skills - you will be busy with multiple clients and projects
Ability to effectively manage a team
Experience & Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in client services, account management and / or sales roles
Minimum 2 years of Web Agency service delivery experience
Experience and sound knowledge of digital strategy, marketing, design and UX principles
Experience with supervising and managing teams
Demonstrated experience in scoping and managing web based projects
High level understanding of Content Management Systems and platforms, technologies and processes
If you have a strong technical background in addition to the required account management experience, this would be viewed very favourably
Scrum Certification preferred
