We are searching for a Digital Account Director for a newly created role, responsible for managing, nurturing and building lasting client relationships through the ownership of our overall account management activities. This role will be highly rewarding to an experienced senior account director with the natural desire to build deep and meaningful long-term relations with both your team and our clients.
You will be responsible for planning and leading client engagements, managing and ensuring the success of our project managers by taking complete responsibility for the overall performance of our projects, and strengthening existing client relations while capitalising on opportunities to forge new relationships.

Motivated by the depth and quality of client relationships. Clear desire to take ownership of the relationship, acting autonomously and with initiative to proactively ensure client satisfaction and engagement
A strong desire to influence, mentor and manage our project managers/producers and project teams to maximise client satisfaction and continuously improve the reputation of our business
Exceptional communication skills for working across the organisation, capable of building strong relationships with peers and external stakeholders of all levels of seniority
A direct and fully accountable approach to the management of your team, projects and client relationships. As a seasoned leader you own the actions of your team regardless of whether performance is great or poor
The tools that are likely to assist you with succeeding in this role include the following:
Demonstrated experience successfully building and maintaining multiple client relationships simultaneously. This will include a minimum of 5 or more years in relevant senior roles
Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, solution architects and designers
Knowledge of software development, particularly open source. Experience as a software developer will be a significant advantage
Experience managing, building and mentoring teams
Scrum or other formal PM training
Relevant tertiary degree or equivalent
